The programme is structured into three independent blocks. It is possible to join even after the official start: you attend the ongoing blocks and can complete the missed content in the following year.

The Certificate Real Estate Finance CEREF course is aimed at experienced consultants and specialists from the world of property and finance.

The Certificate in Real Estate Finance CEREF’comprises three four-day attendance course blocks. The programme teaches the basics of property valuation, property portfolio management and property financing based on theory and practical examples. Participants will also deepen their knowledge and gain an overview of the latest valuation methods, key figures and current market trends as well as the legal and tax aspects of property investments.

Classes take place at the Bildungszentrum Sihlpost right next to Zurich main station. The course language is German

The participants have:

• Several years of practical experience in the finance or property industry
• Good analytical skills to be able to work on topics independently with the help of specialised literature

• The AZEK CEREF certificate is awarded after completing the course and successfully passing the examination.
• The three course blocks are accredited for SAQ re-certification
