Most members of AZEK's Board of Directors occupy leading positions and have many years of experience in the financial sector. The Board of Directors meets in March, June, September and December
As at same time as serving on the Board of Directors, all members sit on the Executive Committee of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association SFAA and on the Board of Directors of its subsidiary, ISFA.
The Board of Directors is elected for a term of three years by the General Meeting.
