Overview

The inclusion of sustainability criteria in the investment and financing sector has become much more important. Financial professionals are required to acquire the necessary knowledge on sustainable investments and financing (for example mortgages and corporate loans) in order to be able to advise their clients competently.

The ESG course “ESG-CA Lending” with a focus on loans and mortgages provides an overview of sustainable finance with an in-depth look at sustainable construction and building certificates in terms of long-term value preservation. In the corporate client loans section, the fundamentals and design of sustainable loans and the inclusion of risk considerations are addressed.
